This 5 bedroom home newly built by Aspen Homes is a modern gem in functionality and design. Every room has been designed to optimize space and lighting and has been built with high end materials and adorned with top notch appliances... The workmanship and well thought design in this property is evident.  From the entrance door to the impressive Zaha Hadid Chandelier hanging high above the hall, you can immediately see this house has high quality features.​But, the house has many more great features that make it desirable, such as: bathrooms with heated floors, central aircon, the latest Bosch and Hansgrohe appliances, the main kitchen benchtop Silestone by Consentino with a pop-up power socket and a security system (CCTV) Let’s not forget a scullery kitchen that provides extra kitchen storage and an alternate cooking space for a large family. Also, the spacious downstairs granny flat which could be potential office brings another tremendous feature to the property. The outside is fully landscaped and easy to maintain.

Aspen Homes constructed our new 5-bedreem home in the Ara Hills Subdivision during 2022. While standing outside of our current property for the first time, my wife and I were immediately impressed by the high quality of finish and attention to detail that had been paid by the Aspen Homes team. This first impression continued as we walked through the house - it was clear that the construction team had paid close attention to ensuring a high standard of construction and finishing. Since moving in, many of our friends and family, including those who work within the construction industry, have remarked on the impressive build quality and high standard of finish that is obvious from the moment you walk in the front door.

At the time of writing this letter, my wife and I have lived in our Aspen Home for a little over three months. We have loved every minute. To date we have not encountered any significant issues or defects, and the two minor issues that have been identified, which comprised a sticking door and dead tree in the garden, were remedied by the Aspen Homes team within a few days of contacting them.​

Also worthy of note, the 2023 Auckland Anniversary Storm passed over our new Aspen Home last month. Our house came through this significant adverse weather event with no leaks, damage or other weather-related issues, either to the building or the landscaping, which includes four substantial retaining walls.
